Melissa Fitzpatrick joined PointsBet as Group Chief People Officer in November 2021 with responsibility for the global People and Culture strategy.
With more than 20 years Executive experience, Melissa has led HR and Operations teams across 19 countries and multiple industries including Technology and Gaming.
As an expert in leading transformational change, her focus is on building leadership capability, and partnering with teams to create outstanding cultures that inspire and deliver results.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in M&A having been involved in 13 previous transactions, leading people due diligence and integration projects.
Prior to joining PointsBet, Melissa held the position of Executive General Manager, HR and Transformation at NbnCo, established to build and operate Australia’s wholesale broadband access network.
In addition, she has held senior roles with Experian, M2 Group/ Vocus, Kraft Foods, CROWN Limited, FOXTEL and Optus, and brings experience across GBE, Private, and Listed entities, within ASX100, ASX200, FTSE100, NASDAQ, and startup environments.
Melissa holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and a Master of Business Leadership from RMIT. She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
